1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the bento123 platform through our website or mobile application, you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

Bento123 reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically.

2 Account Registration & Security

3 User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

Users agree to use the bento123 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable Malaysian laws and regulations. Using the platform for any illegal activity, fraud, or conduct that harms other users is strictly prohibited.

The following activities are prohibited on the bento123 platform:

Using automated software, bots, or any other unauthorised means to access or manipulate the platform.
Uploading or distributing harmful or offensive content, or content that infringes on the rights of others.
Attempting to hack, infiltrate, or otherwise compromise the security of bento123's systems.
Sharing your login credentials or allowing another party to access your account.
Using the platform for money laundering or any other suspicious financial activity.

Violations of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, and legal action where necessary.

4 Payment & Transaction Information

All financial transactions on the bento123 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited into their accounts are legitimate and do not originate from any unlawful source.

Bento123 supports a range of local Malaysian payment methods including FPX, Maybank, and approved e-wallets. Deposit and withdrawal processing times vary depending on the selected payment method and may range from instant to a few business hours.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same account or payment method used for the original deposit, except in certain circumstances that require additional review. bento123 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal processing if there is any suspicion of fraud or a breach of these terms.

Any fees or charges imposed by third-party payment service providers are beyond bento123's control and are the sole responsibility of the user.

5 Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Bento123 provides this platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will always be free from technical disruptions, errors, or data loss. To the fullest extent permitted by law, bento123 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.

All content, designs, trademarks, logos, and software found on the bento123 platform are the exclusive property of bento123 and are protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, or use any such content without prior written consent.

6 Account Closure, Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Bento123 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account in the event of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, unauthorised requests, or at bento123's discretion following a proper internal investigation. In such cases, any legitimate remaining balance in the account will be processed through the applicable security review procedures before being returned where appropriate.

Users also have the right to close their own account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any outstanding transactions.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the bento123 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to refer the matter to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
